In this role you will:

- Develop and optimize dashboards in Looker, Tableau or similar tools to surface marketing and ecommerce KPIs for leadership, Growth, Finance and Operations teams.

- Lead sales and customer forecasting efforts, owning the accuracy and documentation of forecasts.
- Partner with the Media team to ensure accurate performance data and clear measurement of paid channels.
- Use AI to bring efficiencies to reporting and uncover actionable insights.
- Translate complex data into clear business narratives for technical and non technical stakeholders.
We’re genuinelyexcited about you because you have:
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science or economics.
- Experience building dashboards for marketing or ecommerce performance in Looker, Tableau or a similar BI platform.
- A strong understanding of digital tracking, including pixels, tags and attribution.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining data pipelines using SQL, ETL tools or cloud platforms.
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries.
- A solid grasp of CAC, LTV and LTV to CAC, along with cohort analysis and unit economics.
- Experience in ecommerce, SaaS or subscription business models is an asset.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift is an asset.
- Experience with Python, R or other scripting languages is an asset.
- A track record of working with Finance, Product and Operations teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain insights clearly to non technical stakeholders.
- A self directed, detail oriented approach with a passion for data quality and accuracy.
- Comfort working in a fast paced ecommerce environment.

- An opportunity to grow, develop, and thrive within a mission-driven, dynamic, and fast-growing company, alongside thoughtful and passionate individuals dedicated to their work and community
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage and RRSP plans with company match
- Great office culture (with lots of adorable pets!) where your pet interrupting video calls or in-person meeting is the norm
- Discounted food, apparel and insurance for your furry family members
- In addition to your PTO, we offer company-wide wellness days and personal days to support your wellbeing
- Volunteer days to give back to our community
Compensation:
The hiring range for this role is $80,000–$100,000 CAD annually, with final compensation thoughtfully aligned to your experience, skills, and the value you bring.
