We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Architect to join our BC branch in downtown Vancouver. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will lead strategic technology discussions, architect innovative digital solutions, and align business objectives with scalable, future-ready technology strategies. Leveraging your consulting expertise and technical leadership, you will help organizations solve complex challenges, accelerate digital transformation, and achieve meaningful business outcomes.

A Day in the Life:

Partner with Account Managers and Client Success teams to support account planning, relationship mapping, and growth strategies across a defined portfolio of clients

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client business priorities, technology landscapes, and decision criteria, bringing thought leadership and innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes

  • Act as the primary internal advocate for assigned clients, ensuring Long View teams understand client objectives, risks, challenges, and opportunities

  • Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, strategic planning engagements, and executive presentations that align business goals with Long View's capabilities and solutions

  • Leverage broad knowledge across Long View's service portfolio to identify, shape, and position managed services, custom solutions, and technology opportunities that address complex business challenges

  • Design practical, outcome-focused solutions across multiple technology domains, collaborating with Principal Architects, practice leaders, and subject matter experts as needed

  • Support the full sales lifecycle by qualifying opportunities, shaping solution strategies, participating in client presentations, and helping advance and close service opportunities within existing accounts

  • Develop high-quality documentation, including conceptual and logical designs, service descriptions, bills of material, implementation approaches, knowledge transfer materials, and transition-to-operations deliverables

  • Create Statements of Work (SOWs), RFP/RFQ responses, contract language, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, and acceptance criteria with exceptional attention to detail

  • Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving client needs, translating insights into practical recommendations that create value for clients and Long View

  • Contribute to Long View's growth and market presence through thought leadership, including reusable solution assets, proposal content, white papers, articles, blogs, and client-facing materials

What You Bring:

8+ years of industry experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, systems engineering, presales engineering, or a related client-facing technical role

  • Broad knowledge across Long View practice areas, with the ability to speak credibly across the portfolio and identify where Long View can create client value

  • Deep working knowledge in two or more areas such as cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, digital workplace, endpoint management, managed services, data platforms, automation, or AI-enabled solutions

  • Outstanding consulting skills, including the ability to navigate complex technical and business environments

  • Experience supporting sales cycles, opportunity qualification, client presentations, lead generation, or service growth within existing accounts

  • Experience developing or contributing to Statements of Work, proposals, service descriptions, contracts, RFP/RFQ responses, estimates, assumptions, and acceptance criteria

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce precise, client-ready documentation, thought leadership content, and commercial language

  • Ability to connect market trends, business outcomes, technical design, operational readiness, delivery effort, and commercial considerations

  • Comfort collaborating across account management, client success, sales, delivery, managed services, practice leadership, Principal Architects, and subject matter experts
