  • Lead enterprise initiatives that improve service delivery, organizational performance, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead enterprise data analytics, business intelligence, and open data initiatives.
  • Provide strategic leadership for the City’s enterprise Geographic Information Systems (GIS) program and geospatial strategy.
  • Partner with Information Technology Services to ensure technology investments support business transformation and organizational priorities.
  • Build organizational capability through AI literacy, data literacy, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team while managing budgets, resources, strategic partnerships, and enterprise programs.

  • Experience developing enterprise strategies and cross-organizational programs.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex organizational change across multiple business functions.
  • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, analytics, GIS, and emerging technologies.
  • A thorough understanding of responsible AI principles, privacy, security, ethics, and regulatory considerations.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage executives, elected officials, staff, and external partners.
