  • Partner across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Customer Operations, Business Transformation, and Technology to align data priorities with transformation and operational objectives.
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global Data Platform Governance organization while fostering accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Influence senior leaders, manage priorities across multiple transformation initiatives, support regulatory and audit requirements, and drive measurable improvements in data quality and business performance.

What you’ll need to be successful.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • 12 or more years of progressive experience in data management, data governance, master data management, or enterprise information management.
  • At least five years of experience leading enterprise governance or master data management organizations.
  • Strong expertise in SAP master data structures, processes, and governance.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or operating SAP MDG and/or SimpleMDG.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise data quality initiatives and building governance operating models and stewardship programs.
  • Strong understanding of ERP transformation programs and experience managing enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise technologies such as Blue Yonder, CRM platforms, enterprise data platforms, data quality solutions, metadata management tools, data catalogs, and data lineage capabilities.
  • Understanding of supply chain, customer, commercial, finance, product, supplier, and operational data domains.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build alignment across business and technology teams, and translate governance concepts into measurable operational results.
  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving, execution, organizational change, and continuous improvement.
