Your Responsibilities
• You'll develop and execute an enterprise AI roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, automation, and business performance.
• You'll design, build, deploy, and maintain AI applications, agents, copilots, LLM-powered workflows, and RAG solutions.
• You'll lead AI initiatives from proof of concept through production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• You'll administer enterprise AI platforms, overseeing security, licensing, integrations, performance, and vendor relationships.
• You'll partner with IT and business stakeholders to integrate AI into enterprise systems using APIs and automation technologies.
• You'll deliver training, workshops, and coaching to build AI literacy and encourage responsible adoption.
• You'll establish AI governance frameworks covering model evaluation, privacy, cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of software development, automation, or enterprise technology experience, including 3+ years delivering AI or machine learning solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. Advanced education or AI certifications are assets.
• Advanced knowledge of Claude, Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, custom applications, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, modern development practices, enterprise integrations, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience scaling AI solutions and applying responsible AI governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance principles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to change management.
