  • Liaise with banks, brokerage firms, accountants and other professional advisors as required.
  • Collect and organize financial statements and documentation and assist with year-end requirements for the executive and their external accountants.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking personal financial obligations, accounts and important deadlines.
  • Provide administrative coordination and support related to private business operations.
  • Coordinate personal appointments, commitments and other matters as required.

  • Experience handling personal financial administration, banking, investments or working with accountants would be a strong asset.
  • Comfortable liaising with external professionals including accountants, financial institutions, brokers and service providers.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion and professionalism.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable managing a varied workload spanning both corporate and personal responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting a public company, investor relations, corporate communications or publicly traded environment would be an asset.
