  • Actively assists with troubleshooting and investigating building operating/fitness system outages. Prepares return to service action plans
  • Obtains quotes and serves as the point of contact for external contractors. Provides direction upon arrival and verifies work completed prior to departure
  • Strict adherence to Health and Safety practices and procedures to ensure the safety of all. Ensures that all areas of the club within your scope are maintained in a healthy, safe, sanitary, and timely manner

Hourly wage range: $25.00 - $40.00/hour.

  • Three (3) years of continuous experience in operation and maintenance of building systems
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, and BAS
