MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 15,000 customers, including McDonalds, Michaels, Cintas, Redimix, and U.S. LBM, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 16 million managed assets and 92 million completed work orders.
In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.
Role context
This role sits on the Growth Marketing team, which builds and runs the experimentation engine behind our next phase of customer acquisition. The team tests new channels, manages the test budget and scales what works. Core paid search is owned elsewhere, so your focus is everything beyond it.
The role
You will help run growth channels and new experiments to deliver MaintainX pipeline and build the future of core marketing investments, and grow into full ownership some channels.
Design and run structured tests across paid social, streaming audio, direct mail, programmatic and other emerging channels to find scalable channels at or below target CAC this year.
Manage a growing test budget, shifting spend toward what performs to improve efficiency, and take full ownership of 1–2 channels within 6–12 months.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to decide which experiments to scale, pivot or stop, and present those recommendations to Marketing and Sales leaders.
Use AI tools for creative testing, automation and optimization to increase test velocity while keeping human judgment on the calls that matter.
Build the testing frameworks and documentation that make every experiment faster to launch and every result easy to reuse.
You will partner with Creative, Sales and Product Marketing so each test fits our value propositions and the sales motion behind it, and you will learn directly from a senior growth leader. Within 12 months success can be defined by 1-2 channels owned end-to-end, tested and documented new channel performance, and at least one channel scaled beyond initial test budget.
About you
Must-haves
Hands-on experience running performance campaigns and budgets on paid social, programmatic, content syndication or similar demand channels
Experience co-managing $250-500K+ in annual performance marketing spend
A track record of structuring clean tests, measuring impact and making clear recommendations
Time in B2B growth or performance marketing, ideally SaaS
Working fluency in analytics tools and a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tableau) to pull insight and act on it
Practical experience using AI tools in campaign or creative workflows
Nice-to-haves
Experience with offline channels such as direct mail or streaming audio
Paid search (Google/Bing) experience (NOT part of role)
We offer
Work that shows up in the physical world. What our customers run on MaintainX keeps factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses up, and your tests help us reach more of the people who run them.
A product the industry already loves. You are growing something customers choose, renew and expand, so the question is where to find the next buyer, not whether anyone wants it.
An early seat, not an inherited one. The experimentation engine is being built right now, by a team small enough that you can name the channels you own.
Autodesk scale, same mission. We are now part of Autodesk, with global reach pointed at the problem we were already solving. Nobody arrived to change what we are building.
Values & how we work
We reward output. We promote quickly when people deliver, and we hire for what you have run, not what your title was. Tell us about a test you ran: what you tried, what the data said and what you did next. You get autonomy and the trust to use it, and we expect real engagement in return.
Our mission is to keep the physical world running. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build.
Compensation and benefits. Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country. For roles in the United States, Autodesk’s benefits are described at benefits.autodesk.com. For roles in Canada and other countries, the plan differs on health coverage, retirement and leave, and your recruiter will walk you through it.
Belonging. We take pride in a culture where everyone can thrive. More at autodesk.com/company/global-belonging. More on where this is going: Autodesk CEO Andrew Anagnost on building the future of connected operations, and AOS SVP Stephen Hooper on welcoming MaintainX to Autodesk.
