- Maintain accurate customer, lead and opportunity information in Salesforce CRM, including managing an active and healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify opportunities to expand profitable business and support inventory management by working closely with Operations.
- Stay informed about our products and solutions and confidently communicate their value to customers.
- Occasionally participate in customer events, trade shows, training, mine rescue competitions and other company activities.
- Support other sales-related initiatives and projects as required.
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, business development, lead generation or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in fire and life safety, industrial, healthcare, technical products or product distribution is an asset.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional phone and email etiquette.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, generating new leads and having conversations with prospective customers.

- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members while also taking ownership of your own sales activities and targets.
- A customer-focused approach and genuine interest in building long-term relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a broader sales and customer service team.
- Computer savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is an asset.
- French language skills are considered a strong asset.
