Job description

Purpose of the Job:

The Lead, Program Governance & Enablement is an individual contributor role within the Integration Management Office (IMO). Working directly with the Senior Director, Program Management, the incumbent plays a key role in driving integration execution, governance effectiveness, and delivery outcomes across the program.

The role is responsible for leading assigned integration workstreams, initiatives, and cross-functional deliverables while also providing governance, reporting, and program management support across the broader integration. The incumbent works with stakeholders across business and corporate functions to drive milestones, manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions, and help remove blockers that may impact program delivery.

In addition, the role brings together information from across the program to produce executive materials, governance reporting, and actionable insights for leadership decision-making. The role works closely with senior leaders, workstream owners, and delivery teams to ensure integration commitments are progressing as planned and that emerging issues are identified and addressed promptly.

The role provides broad exposure across the integration, including the Executive Steering Committee, IMO All Hands, leadership updates, the integration program management platform, and consolidated reporting on contracts, Transition Service Agreements, synergies, and benefits.

The role suits an organized, analytically strong individual who can structure problems, work through ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a complex environment. Relevant experience may come from management consulting, a Big Four firm, an internal strategy or transformation team, program management, or another demanding environment requiring structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication.

Main Activities:

    Integration Workstream Leadership
Lead complex integration workstreams and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables remain on track.
Partner across business, technology, risk, legal, and operations teams to drive execution and resolve issues.
Provide status updates, recommendations and escalations to leadership while ensuring accountability for outcomes.

    Executive Materials & Communications
Create executive-level presentations, reports, and governance materials for leadership and steering committees.
Translate complex or evolving information into clear, concise, and decision-focused narratives.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, content development and reporting while ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency.

    Program Governance & Coordination
Coordinate governance processes, meeting materials, timelines, and executive submissions across the integration program.
Track decisions, outcomes, actions, and follow-up activities to ensure effective execution.
Serve as a key partner to program leadership, supporting strategic priorities, executive requests, and operational effectiveness.

    Program Management Platform & Reporting
Manage and enhance the integration program management platform to improve visibility and collaboration.
Develop dashboards, reporting views, and executive summaries covering milestones, risks, dependencies, and program performance.

Drive automation and AI-enabled reporting solutions to improve efficiency and data quality.

RAID, Dependency, Decision & Action Management
Maintain centralized tracking of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions across the program.
Monitor ownership, timelines, blockers, and escalation requirements to support timely resolution.
Provide clear exception reporting and insights to support leadership decision-making and governance.

Contracts, TSAs, Synergies & Benefits Reporting
Consolidate and report on contracts, Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), synergies, benefits, and value-capture initiatives.
Partner with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Technology, and delivery teams to gather and align program updates.
Highlight risks, gaps, dependencies, and integration impacts while supporting accurate enterprise-level reporting.

    Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and executive communication capabilities, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, decision-focused narratives.
  • Experience with program governance, RAID and dependency management, dashboards, structured data, and AI-enabled research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive actions to completion.
  • Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, transformation, consulting, strategy, governance, integration management, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Strategy, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience developing executive-level presentations, management reporting, and coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives.
