It’s more than conducting a banking transaction, it’s about providing insightful content, tools, expert advice, and a full suite of products to inspire confidence in their financial decision-making. We prioritize performance excellence, and our employees champion each member’s success, ultimately contributing to a thriving province.

We are curious, courageous, confident and committed. Our values ensure we consistently deliver outstanding member experiences. As employees, we are more than just individuals who come to work each day, each role is a vital part of Conexus.

We acknowledge that our Conexus offices and facilities are located on Treaty 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 lands. These are the traditional lands of the Cree, Dakota, Dene, Lakota, Nakota and Saulteaux peoples, as well as the homeland of the Métis.

The bigger picture
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, solution-focused critical thinker with a strong technical background to come on board as our Loan Origination System (LOS) Technical Administrator. In this position, you'll play a key role in ensuring our lending technology supports an exceptional experience for both employees and members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement updates, resolve technical issues, and enhance system performance. You'll act as the technical expert for our loan origination systems, balancing system administration, user support, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

While Regina is the preferred location, we are open to candidates at Conexus locations across Saskatchewan.

How you’ll be spending your time

  • Overseeing the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the nCino Loan Origination System (LOS) and other lending systems.
  • Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring applications remain stable, secure, and optimized for business needs.
  • Managing system updates, patching, user access, permissions, queues, and configurations to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Gathering and translating business requirements into system solutions that improve lending processes and user experience.
  • Serving as a trusted technical resource for Business Advisors, lenders, underwriters, and other end users by providing guidance, training, and issue resolution.
  • Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, responding to questions about system functionality, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, workflow automation, and enhanced reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborating with internal analysts, developers, IT teams, and external vendors to design, test, implement, and maintain system enhancements.
  • Validating technical requirements and participating in system testing, ensuring new functionality performs as expected and meets business objectives.
  • Safeguarding the integrity, security, and availability of loan data through effective controls, backups, and disaster recovery practices.
  • Maintaining comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, processes, procedures, and support materials.
  • Ensuring lending systems comply with organizational standards, security protocols, escalation processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Staying current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices to continuously enhance lending system capabilities and user experience.
  • Contributing to the evolution of Conexus’s lending technology ecosystem by identifying opportunities to improve processes, capabilities, and user adoption.

The way people describe you

You're a natural problem solver who enjoys understanding how systems work and finding ways to make them better. People appreciate your ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions, build strong relationships across teams, and provide reliable support when challenges arise. You're organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering a seamless experience for both users and stakeholders.

The experience you bring

  • 3+ years of experience supporting, administering, or enhancing business applications in financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a relevant combination of experience and post-secondary education.
  • Knowledge of CUDGC regulatory environment.
  • Familiarity with commercial and agricultural lending practices and regulatory requirements is an asset.
  • Experience with nCino is considered a strong asset. Experience with Salesforce or other cloud-based business applications is also beneficial.

  • Basic understanding of underwriting systems and lending processes.
