  • Act as a key point of contact for Accounts Payable and vendor-related inquiries.
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs), including regular, emergency and blanket POs.
  • Process PO receiving and invoice submissions and ensure expenses are allocated to the appropriate accounts and projects.
  • Review invoices, confirm completion of work at Rogers locations/sites, and complete receiving for completed work.
  • Manage vendor accounts, including new vendor applications, activation/reactivation and information updates.
  • Partner with Procurement and regional leaders to support vendor approvals.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice and payment issues and follow up on delayed payments.
  • Manage annual spend and blanket POs for frequently used service vendors.
  • Maintain PO and invoice tracking through SharePoint.
  • Support direct invoicing requirements, including telecommunications and utilities.
  • Develop basic Oracle training materials and job aids and provide guidance to employees on Oracle processes.
  • Action support requests within established service timelines.

Telecommunications Administration

  • Provide telecommunications and mobile-device hardware support for the Western Region.
  • Manage Rebel lines and FSC phone and tablet inventory.
  • Coordinate hardware distribution in alignment with forecast requirements.
  • Support initiatives to reduce unnecessary landline and test-line costs.
  • Coordinate with appropriate teams on billing issues, plan changes and hardware upgrades.
  • Track telecommunications accounts and invoices and help ensure continuity of services.
  • Support the FOPS West Dual SIM programme.
  • Source phones and test lines required for call testing.

Regional Operations & FSC Support

  • Provide regional support for various wireless and wireline operational requirements.
  • Coordinate activities such as volunteer days, team-building initiatives and team gatherings.
  • Maintain internal and external site-direction contact lists and distribute regular site communications.
  • Provide ComplyWorks vendor support and reporting.
  • Order office supplies and small test equipment for technicians and FSC employees.
  • Support managers with access cards for new hires and help resolve access-card issues.

Fleet & General Project Support

  • Support Holman-related trials and deployment logistics.
  • Track and maintain Western Region fleet information.
  • Complete monthly fleet reporting and update the Holman database.
  • Track new vehicles and support replacement of specialised vehicles and generators.
  • Coordinate annual insurance renewals and distribution for BC FOPS, Planning and NI, including liaison with the ICBC agent.
  • Resolve Holman card issues and coordinate with Fleet.

Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Complete required corporate Health & Safety and business compliance training.
  • Ensure mandatory training requirements remain current.
  • Support departmental initiatives focused on improving cost efficiency, network quality and operational performance.
  • Demonstrate strong planning, organisation and accountability in managing assigned responsibilities.

What You Bring

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility, helping create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and supported.

  • Experience supporting purchasing, purchase orders, invoicing, Accounts Payable or vendor management.
  • Experience working with Oracle or a similar ERP/procurement system.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing invoices, POs, vendor information and financial records.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve billing, invoice and payment discrepancies.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, Procurement, Finance and operational teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to develop simple process documentation, training materials and job aids.
  • Comfortable maintaining trackers, reports and records using tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of requests and follow through to resolution.
  • A proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
