  • Lead, supervise, and support employees across assigned community programs.

  • Establish clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and ensure employees understand their responsibilities.

  • Address employee performance concerns, workplace challenges, and staffing issues in a timely and appropriate manner.

  • Monitor program activities, identify operational challenges, and implement practical solutions.

  • Coordinate staffing and resources to maintain service continuity and respond to changing program needs.

  • Review and improve program processes, workflows, and service delivery practices.

What We’re Looking For

What Will Make You Successful?

Beyond your education and experience, we’re looking for someone who demonstrates the following in their work:

  • Leadership: You provide clear direction, support employees, and address performance or workplace concerns when needed.

  • Accountability: You take ownership of your responsibilities, follow through on commitments, and address issues rather than allowing them to remain unresolved.

  • Decision-Making: You assess situations, consider available information, and make timely, practical decisions.

  • Organization: You can manage competing priorities, plan ahead, and ensure important responsibilities and deadlines are met.

  • Communication: You communicate clearly, keep others informed, and can have difficult conversations professionally.

  • Continuous Improvement: You recognize when something isn’t working and take steps to improve processes, performance, or service delivery.

You don’t need to have experience in every program area JHSV operates. What matters is your ability to lead people, manage operations, learn new program requirements, and deliver results.
