Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce clear, compelling presentations for quarterly and annual Board meetings, earnings calls, lender updates, and investor roadshows, effectively communicating financial performance, strategic milestones, and brand elevation progress;

  • Draft financial press releases, scripts, Q&A prep documents, and investor collateral, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with corporate messaging;

  • Conduct ongoing analyses of financial markets, consumer retail trends, and peer performance, generating actionable market intelligence to inform leadership and shape corporate narrative;

  • Monitor sell-side estimates, models, and commentary, highlighting material discrepancies and consensus shifts to Senior Leadership;

  • Follow up with institutional investors and analysts after conferences, earnings calls, and NDRs (non-deal roadshows) to ensure seamless delivery of requested materials and context;

  • Monitor equity markets, trading activity, macroeconomic consumer sentiment, and industry shifts, proactively surfacing trends and risks to executive leadership;

  • Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and cross-functional ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-making and evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of finance or corporate finance leadership experience, with a solid track record in corporate investor relations, FP&A, equity research, or financial communications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; professional designations (CPA, CFA, or MBA) are strongly preferred;

  • Experience in the retail, apparel, or consumer goods industry is strongly preferred; direct experience within premium, aspirational, or luxury brands is considered a strong asset;

  • Proven ability to understand and articulate value drivers related to brand equity, brand elevation, merchandising strategy, and omnichannel retail growth;

  • Proven ability to translate complex financial metrics into actionable operational recommendations and compelling strategic narratives;

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily engagement with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders both within and outside of Quebec;

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a sharp sense of urgency and agility;

  • High intellectual curiosity—challenges the status quo with proactive, value-add solutions;

  • Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to present information in a polished, concise, and compelling manner tailored to C-suite and investor audiences.

  • Flexible group insurance with personalized coverage that meets your needs;
  • An employee discount at Garage and Dynamite;
  • Exclusive private sample sales;
  • A flexible vacation policy;
  • And more!
