  • Partner with hiring managers to improve candidate assessment, structured interviewing, selection practices, and accountability throughout the hiring process.

  • Use recruitment analytics and business insights to anticipate talent needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver solutions that support organizational growth.

  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including senior-level leadership responsibilities and executive recruitment.

    • Previous experience leading recruiting teams or talent acquisition functions in a scaling technology company or B2B SaaS environment.

    • Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on recruiting with strategic workforce planning, operational leadership, and team development.

    • Strong executive presence, with the ability to advise, influence, and constructively challenge senior business leaders.

    • Proven success designing, improving, and scaling recruitment processes, systems, and hiring outcomes.

    • Expertise in structured interviewing, candidate assessment, recruitment analytics, and effective hiring manager partnerships.

    • Experience using AI, automation, and recruitment technology to improve hiring efficiency and team productivity.

    • Strong business acumen, independent judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Benefits:
