- Paid Sick Days – because life happens
- Company Pension Plan (after 1 year) – future you says thanks

- Tight-Knit Crew – work with a team that feels like family
- Ideas Welcome – bring your innovations to life
What You’ll be Accountable For
- Own the site’s maintenance program, including preventive maintenance planning, execution and continuous improvement.
- Maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtime by identifying risks, troubleshooting recurring problems and implementing lasting solutions.
- Set and manage daily maintenance priorities, balancing production requirements, safety and long-term asset performance.
- Take accountability for safe maintenance practices, equipment readiness and compliance with site procedures.
- Communicate maintenance needs, progress and operational risks to the Plant Manager; recommend practical improvements and required resources.
What You Bring to the Shop Floor
- 5–10 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a safety-first mindset
- Experience working with heavy machinery, overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging/slings
- Welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively
This isn’t just another maintenance job—it’s your chance to lead, shape, and own your space.
