Job description

Northern Ontario

Northern Ontario's mining industry runs on trust.

We're looking for the person who remembers names.
Shows up when they say they will.
Keeps their word.
Finds solutions instead of excuses.

In Northern Ontario, business still happens face-to-face.
If you believe relationships are earned, you'll fit right in.

This role isn’t about selling equipment.

We're looking for someone who earns enough trust that customers call before they make a decision.

At Innoflo, you'll help mining operations improve safety, reliability, and productivity through practical fuel, lubrication, and fluid management solutions.

Your goal isn't to make the next sale.

It's to become the first call.

Who Thrives Here

· You enjoy meeting people and building long-term relationships.

· You love finding opportunities others overlook.

· You naturally earn trust.

· You are confident without having a big ego.

· You enjoy working independently.

· You take ownership of your results.

· You believe your income should reflect your performance.

· You like being out with customers more than sitting behind a desk.

· A trades or technical background, such as millwright, pipefitter, instrumentation, or related industrial experience, would be an asset, but strong sales capability and relationship-building come first.

This Probably Isn't Your Role If...

· You prefer routine over variety.

· You wait for opportunities instead of creating them.

· You dislike networking.

· You need someone to direct your every move.

· You avoid difficult conversations.

What Success Looks Like

· One year from now, you are on a first name basis with our key customers at every mine site in your region.

· Maintenance and Reliability managers trust your advice.

· Your mining customers are referring you to new people within their organization based on the trust that you have established.

· You've built relationships that competitors can't replicate.

Your Days Will Include

· Growing Innoflo’s presence at our existing mining accounts in Ontario

· Breaking into new mining operations that don’t already have an ongoing relationship with Innoflo. Visiting mine sites and understanding operational challenges.

· Working alongside Innoflo's engineering and technical teams to develop solutions to those challenges.

· Managing your territory like it is your own business.

· Creating opportunities instead of waiting for them.

Ready to Build a Reputation That Lasts?

If you want more than another sales job...
If you want to build something meaningful...
If you want customers across Northern Ontario to know your name because you've earned their trust...
We'd love to meet you.
