  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and provide guidance or mentoring to less-experienced team members.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio, emerging technologies and competitive landscape.
  • Represent the company’s values and purpose through customer relationships and go-to-market strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer accounts and business priorities.
  • Ability to analyze complex business issues, identify solutions and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn and manage an extensive and frequently changing product portfolio.

  • Strong understanding of retail sales, inventory management, forecasting and demand planning.
  • Experience developing and executing account-level business plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across sales, product, operations and other cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading projects, sharing best practices, or mentoring less-experienced team members.
  • Ability to anticipate business trends and develop creative solutions to complex customer or market challenges.
