Role and Facility Information

Our clinic is expanding its team by inviting applications for Nurse Practitioners to join our Family Physicians and Nurse Practitioners (25 person strong team so far) for our brand-new clinic in Vancouver, BC. We currently are the largest primary care team and largest Nurse Practitioner team in Richmond, and are adding Vancouver and Squamish sites to our growing team. Joining us provides an unmatched opportunity to be part of our pioneering healthcare team that truly cares for the wellbeing of our staff, healthcare providers and patients.

This Medical Centre, co-founded by Dr. Julie Wilson and Dr. Ali Qazalbash in 2015, is driven by the vision of creating an exceptional multi-disciplinary health service. Inspired by expansive healthcare teams they had encountered in Toronto, they aimed to redefine the standard of healthcare in BC. This commitment to continuous quality improvement and excellence has led us to receive the 2021 Business Leadership Award and the 2022 Outstanding Workplace of the Year Award from the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. We are Great Place to Work Certified, a competitive holistic certification that examines workplace conditions and culture.

We’ve fostered a culture of kindness, caring, and long-term professional growth among our team of physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and practitioners.

We offer:

1. Flexible working arrangements (Make your own hours). Hybrid Work Model, 10 weeks of Vacation, 7 day per week patient Coverage
2. Extended health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision.
3. An opportunity to be part of an award-winning team based in BC. You will be completely supported and have access to the clinic’s vast resources, staffing, and coverage with over 25 working Family Doctors and Nurse Practitioners to support you.
4. Brand new clinic facilities, located next to a pharmacy for a seamless patient experience.
5. The unique opportunity to contribute to and shape a new medical team dedicated to serving the Squamish community.
6. A high-tech work environment with full service quality equipment to allow you to practice any kind of medicine you like to its fullest capacity.

This Medical Centre is more than a clinic group; it is a community that prioritizes patient care and invests in the growth and wellbeing of its staff. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a physician beginning your practice, we invite you to join us in our endeavour to enhance healthcare in BC.
