About Air Partners

Air Partners is where private aviation, operational precision, safety, and thoughtful guest care come together to create seamless experiences from first inquiry to final arrival.

As part of Take Flight Group, Air Partners delivers personalized private aviation experiences through a team that understands every detail matters. We plan carefully, communicate clearly, protect the operation, stay calm under pressure, and make complex travel feel effortless for clients and guests.

Great aviation experiences do not happen by accident. They are created by people working together behind the scenes, managing risk, anticipating needs, solving problems, and delivering on every detail.

We know trust is earned one trip at a time. That is why we approach every mission with care, professionalism, safety, clear standards, and a commitment to creating the kind of experience guests remember and recommend.

If you are energized by aviation, service, teamwork, real-time problem solving, and work where precision matters, Air Partners is a place where your contribution can be seen, felt, and valued.

About the Team

Our Operations Support Team (OST) helps create the moments that feel effortless to guests because everything behind the scenes was done exceptionally well.

OST duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Aircraft stocking and preparation
  • Support the ramp
  • Coordinate and detail vehicles
  • Maintain guest facing spaces
  • Support baggage
  • Operate ground service equipment
  • Groom aircraft
  • Respond to weather, including all snow removal
  • Handle the details guests may never see but absolutely feel.

Working closely with Flight Coordination, Flight Operations, Maintenance, and other teams, OST helps ensure our aircraft, facilities, vehicles, and guest-facing spaces are ready to the standard.

This is hands-on work for people who take pride in service, safety, teamwork, and doing things properly, especially when the pace is moving quickly.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Work should matter. You should know how your contribution helps. You should have room to grow. And you should be proud of where you work.

That is what we are building at Take Flight Group: a place where people are supported, challenged, recognized, and trusted to do great work with leaders who care, rewards that matter, and a culture grounded in our values.

Here is what you can expect:

  • Work where your contribution connects to something bigger
  • Leaders who help you learn, grow, and build confidence
  • A team-first environment built on trust, respect, collaboration, and shared success
  • Competitive compensation, RRSP/TFSA matching, comprehensive benefits, and wellness programs
  • Health Spending and Personal Spending Accounts that help you choose what support matters most
  • Professional development support for training, certifications, and continuous learning
  • Paid birthday time off because life’s milestones deserve to be celebrated
  • Volunteer days to give back to causes and communities that matter to you
  • Exclusive Empty Leg Flight (ELF) opportunities, giving you access to available flights and a chance to experience the excitement of aviation beyond your day-to-day role through one of the most unique perks in aviation
  • Vacation and benefits that grow alongside your career journey with us
  • Opportunities to bring ideas forward and improve how we work
  • A growing organization where your voice matters and your impact is visible

This is not just a job. It is a chance to build an exceptional career with a team that cares about doing things well and getting better together.
