Job description

About STAN

STAN is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers. We're using cutting-edge, patented AI technology to build solutions that enhance life for residents of more than 2.5 million+ homes across North America — and we're on a mission to build the world's first AI property manager. Want to come along for the ride?

We've been recognized by Rogers, FedEx, George Brown College, StartUp Canada, the Waterloo Accelerator Centre, and more — and we're just getting started. Learn more at www.stan(.)ai 🤖

The Role

We're hiring a Product Analyst to turn our customer data into decisions. Thousands of HOA and condo communities run on STAN every day — residents asking questions, managers handling requests, our AI answering conversations around the clock. That data tells us what customers love, what they're missing, and where we can help them do more.

You'll dig into how property management companies actually use STAN, find the features and workflows they aren't using yet, and work with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to close those gaps. You'll also own the health of our data itself — making it cleaner, more consistent, and easier for the whole company to trust and use.

Your role and responsibilities

•Understand how customers use STAN

  • Analyze product usage across our customer base to see which features each management company and community uses, how often, and how that changes over time
  • Build customer health and adoption scores that help Customer Success spot accounts at risk and accounts ready to grow
  • Identify features and workflows customers are paying for but not using, and recommend how to drive adoption

Learn from customer conversations

  • Analyze resident and manager conversations with STAN's AI to find common questions, trends, gaps in answers, and opportunities to improve
  • Turn conversation data into clear insights for Product and Engineering — what to build, fix, or train our AI on next
  • Surface patterns by community type, region, and property management software to help us tailor the product

Improve our data

  • Audit the quality of customer data across our platform and integrations and fix gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies
  • Define clear metrics, data standards, and documentation so everyone at STAN works from the same numbers
  • Partner with Engineering to improve how we collect, structure, and store data

Shape our data strategy

  • Build dashboards and reports for leadership, Customer Success, Sales, and Product
  • Create customer-facing insights and reports that show property managers the value STAN delivers to their communities
  • Help set STAN's long-term data strategy as we grow, including how we use data to improve our AI

What you bring

•3–6 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, ideally at a B2B SaaS company

  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python or R for analysis
  • Experience building dashboards in tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar
  • A track record of analyzing product usage or customer data and turning it into recommendations that changed how a team worked
  • Experience cleaning and structuring messy data from multiple sources
  • Comfort working with unstructured text data, such as support tickets, chat logs, or conversations
  • Clear communication: you can explain findings simply to non-technical teams and leadership
  • Self-starter mindset suited to a fast-paced startup where you'll build processes from scratch

Nice to Have

  • Experience in PropTech, property management, real estate, or HOA/condo software
  • Experience analyzing conversational AI, chatbot, or call center data, or using NLP / LLM tools to classify text
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog
  • Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Experience in a customer-facing analytics role or partnering closely with Customer Success
  • Experience setting up data governance or data quality programs

Compensation

We offer a salary of CAD 81,000–110,000 per year.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to sell world-class, patented AI technology.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and specialist benefits.
  • Company Macbook.
  • Free parking and shuttle service to the office.
  • Extra PTO during occasional US holidays.
  • Company events, in-office restaurant, and building-wide perks.
  • Unlimited ping pong and espresso!

If you're a closer who is passionate about AI and ready to disrupt a massive industry, we want to talk to you!
