WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital insurance and benefits, healthcare, or another complex and highly regulated environment.
  • Experience with Agile ways of working and the full product lifecycle, including discovery, validation, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience building or managing platform products with multiple integrations and an understanding of how strong platforms enable scale and seamless experiences.
  • Technical fluency and comfort partnering with engineering teams to discuss architecture, technical trade-offs, constraints, and delivery options.
