⁕ Recommend equipment upgrades, modifications, replacements, and process improvements based on safety, production, quality, cost, and long-term performance

⁕ Provide objective engineering review, challenge assumptions and proposed solutions, and support stage-gate and investment decisions with sound analysis

⁕ Develop working knowledge of pit extraction, pit design, and mine planning to provide technical coverage and support when required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

⁕ Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial, process, mining, or a related engineering discipline

⁕ Eng. designation or eligibility for registration with APEGA is a significant asset

⁕ 5-10 years of progressive engineering experience in industrial operations, processing, mining, manufacturing, energy, or resource industries
