- Oversee requirements, testing, deployment, and transition to operations for technology and business implementations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, property stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to drive project delivery.
- Manage risks, issues, decisions, and changes, escalating concerns and resolving roadblocks as needed.
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support change management and operational readiness to ensure smooth transitions.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate on-site activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages (mandatory).
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally across multiple business areas.
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, internal teams, and external partners.
- Experience with real estate transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, or development projects is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience with technology implementations, business transformation, or operational improvement projects is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working conditions:
- Hybrid work environment, with a combination of remote and in-office work.
- Occasional travel within Canada, including Quebec, and visits to Chartwell properties
- Occasional work outside regular business hours to support critical project milestones, transaction closings, or implementations.
