- Create and manage Issue Management (IM) tickets for engineering and R&D issues.
- Work directly with engineers to investigate and resolve design, hardware, component, and manufacturing-related issues.
- Review and approve Developmental Phase (DEV) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) changes and complete assigned quality tasks within Arena.
- Ensure quality requirements and actions associated with ECOs and DEVs are completed.
- Participate in engineering reviews and provide quality input on product and process changes

- Analyze OOB data, identify trends and recurring failure modes, and communicate issues to responsible teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional corrective actions and ensure OOB issues are resolved.
- Monitor product quality metrics and generate reports/graphs for First Pass Yield (FPY), Scrap, OOB, Production Quality, and other key quality indicators.
- Use quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Support Service teams with hardware-related quality issues and provide technical quality consultation.
- Investigate parts returned from the field or service teams, including components used to repair robots.
- Perform measurements, inspections, and failure analysis on returned parts.
