  • 3+ years of direct supervisory experience hiring, developing, and evaluating team members.
  • Deep knowledge of donor cultivation strategies, grant writing, database management, and campaign execution. Experience in non-profit operations, communications, or community engagement is a strong asset.

Your Toolkit Includes

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft inspiring proposals, grant applications, and donor stewardship materials.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex campaigns, databases, metrics, and multi-stakeholder initiatives seamlessly.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of engaging donors, board members, volunteers, and community leaders.
  • Strong multicultural competence and alignment with SHARE’s core values (multilingual skills are a welcome asset).
