It’s Pagefreezer's vision to make the Internet a safer place by delivering solutions that transform how people protect integrity online, ensuring accountability, and enabling the pursuit of justice.
  • Pagefreezer simplifies compliance and litigation by automatically archiving websites, social media, mobile text messages, and enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams) for every stage of the information governance lifecycle. • Manage the tech stack, including vendor selection and management, setup, user access, and data integrity, to support accurate reporting and insights.
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive view of customer data to enhance operational alignment and inform strategic decision-making.
    • Gather and analyze market intelligence on deal wins and losses to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

    • Contribute to market expansion by partnering with leadership to strategize and implement plans for growth in key regions.
    • Represent the company at conferences and events to expand market reach, build relationships, and enhance brand visibility.
    • Share strategic insights with Revenue Operations leadership to align messaging, pricing, and market needs, supporting organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Revenue Growth & Pipeline Development
    • Enable teams to achieve revenue targets by creating and managing workflows, assigning territories and leads, generating call lists, and supporting cross-functional operations to drive efficiency and alignment.

    • Ensure awareness of and compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and information security standards by working closely with Finance, Information Security, Legal, and HR to align team practices with company frameworks.
    • Collaborate with other leaders and external parties as needed to define and achieve organizational goals, share documentation and knowledge, negotiate resources, advocate for your team or department, drive key projects, and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.
    • Identify, evaluate, and continuously improve workflows, tools, policies, and processes to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and team effectiveness, leveraging AI and automation to reduce manual effort and support organizational alignment and sustainable growth.

How We Hire (and How We Use AI):

We use AI tools to support our recruitment process, including helping us organize and prioritize applications based on the application’s alignment with the role’s requirements. That said, every decision to move an application forward or not is made by a human. We encourage candidates to apply authentically and avoid relying solely on AI-generated responses, especially during interviews. We want to get to know you, not your AI tools.
