  • Coordinate defect triage activities with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of QA standards, processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Identify testing risks and issues early and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Prepare testing metrics, status updates, and reports for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration between business and technical teams to support successful project outcomes.

Mandatories:

  • Minimum five years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience using test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (formerly Team Foundation Server), or similar platforms.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and testing methodologies.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Assets:

  • Experience within insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
  • ISTQB certification or progress toward certification.
