Manage the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment on hardware.
Architect, design, and implement software for industrial machines, focusing on performance, reliability, and security.

Collaborate with product, hardware, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Implement and refine lean and Agile development practices to maximize efficiency and responsiveness.
Communicate technical concepts and project status effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
7+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role.
Deep expertise in at least one of the following languages: Rust, C++, Go, or Flutter.
Hands-on experience with embedded systems or machine control applications, including communication with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) or HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces).
Proven track record of leading a team of 6 or more software engineers.
Strong understanding of Agile and lean development methodologies.
Familiarity with systems programming concepts, including multithreading, memory management, and real-time operating systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building robust, reliable software for physical machines.
Experience with Flutter is a plus, especially for HMI development.
Experience with Linux is a must, Ubuntu a nice to have.
