RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Toronto, ON.

How You’ll Help Brew Success:

  • Facilitate prioritization discussions, quarterly planning reviews, and roadmap alignment sessions in partnership with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage intake of new business and technology requests, evaluating scope, impact, feasibility, and timing to support prioritization and planning decisions.
  • Track roadmap progress, dependencies, capacity considerations, and key decisions, maintaining dashboards and documentation to provide visibility across teams.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, roadmap updates, and communications that translate complex technical initiatives into clear business insights and priorities.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and communications teams to develop consistent, audience-specific messaging for leadership, franchisees, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate content and timing for digital communications and webcasts, ensuring alignment on technology priorities, upcoming launches, and business impact.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by tracking project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables while driving accountability across partner teams.
  • Communicate project updates, escalate risks or blockers, and facilitate alignment across Operations, Marketing, Loyalty, Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams.

What Ingredients You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business planning, product operations, project coordination, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional planning, intake, roadmap, or project delivery activities.
  • Strong presentation development and written communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, audience-appropriate materials.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or a comparable presentation tool.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions.
  • Working familiarity with the software development lifecycle and digital product delivery.
  • Experience preparing presentations or webcast materials for senior leadership, owners, or other business audiences.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar planning and collaboration tools.
  • Experience in restaurant technology, QSR, retail, or omnichannel business environments.
