This role is ideal for a strong executor who wants to deepen their performance marketing expertise in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Performance Monitoring & Insights: Maintain a strong pulse on campaign performance and pacing to ensure programs are tracking toward goals. Pull, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities, and support the development of clear performance summaries and reports for internal teams and clients.
  • Client & Team Support: Partner closely with Associate Directors and senior team members to execute against established media strategies. Support client deliverables, updates, and performance discussions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with objectives. Collaborate with creative, analytics, and channel specialists to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and perform as intended.
  • Growth & Learning Mindset: Stay curious and engaged with evolving platform features, industry trends, and performance best practices. Proactively bring ideas forward to improve performance, efficiency, and workflows. Actively develop your skills across performance marketing strategy, measurement, and optimization, growing your impact within the team and across accounts.

The Qualifications.

  • Do you have 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media?
  • Do you have strong working experience in platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads?
  • Are you comfortable executing campaigns end-to-end, including setup, optimization, and reporting?
  • Have you supported campaigns for e-commerce, DTC, lead generation, or retail brands?
  • Do you have exposure to GA4 or other analytics tools?
  • Are you familiar with different measurement approaches, such as basic attribution models or incrementality concepts?
  • Are you detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through on execution?
  • Are you naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn?
  • Are you comfortable receiving feedback, asking questions, and iterating quickly?
  • Are you a clear communicator who can turn data and performance results into actionable insights?
  • Nice-to-Have: Do you have experience with Amazon Ads, retail media networks, or programmatic platforms?
  • Nice-to-Have: Have you been involved in creative testing, CRO, or landing page optimization?

  • A-players that are focused on moving the needle for their clients and themselves.
  • A focused, experienced, and innovative team that thrives on collaboration.
  • Opportunities to shape the future of a growing agency.
  • Competitive total compensation package ranging from $80,000–$115,000, including:
  • Competitive base salary – Fair pay based on your experience, skills, and value.
  • Commission – Earn commission based on your individual contributions and results.
  • Profit Sharing – When the company succeeds, you benefit.
