Do you have a knack for offering up tailored tech solutions in response to interesting artistic and animation challenges? If so, our five-person animation team is ready to follow your cues to bring standout environments and characters to life for a unique, stylized game.

Why Choose Reflector:

Make your mark on an iconic IP. The game we’re developing belongs to a cherished Bandai Namco franchise with a fanbase in the millions! Your job is to make sure the animations don’t disappoint.

Diversify your portfolio. Make the leap from hyperrealism to a more stylized production and challenge yourself while ensuring our game’s animation experience is polished, performant, and on point.

Enjoy more than just meetings. We’re all for hybrid setups, but endless Teams calls aren’t our thing. We like to kick off milestones, collaborate, fast-track ideas, share progress (snacks, too!), and celebrate achievements live and in-person.

Feel supported on all fronts. Not only can you count on your team to help you solve the most creative of challenges, but we’ve also got you covered with generous health and dental coverage and ample time off starting from day one.

How You’ll Spend Your Days:

  • Joining forces with animators, gameplay programmers, and other team members to create, test, and keep animation systems running smoothly.
  • Designing, and integrating animation assets.
  • Participating in brainstorms about our game characters moves and skills.

What You Offer:

  • A solid understanding of the French language.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in a similar role, where you were able to develop your skills and expertise.
  • Thorough knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language.
  • Experience with Unreal 5.
