Job description

Objective: Superior Cabinets is looking for a relationship-driven Territory Account Manager who enjoys opening doors and turning opportunities into lasting partnerships. You’ll grow our dealer business by developing new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

This is more than an account-maintenance role. You’ll take ownership of a territory sales plan, understand what drives each dealer’s business, and help customers grow their cabinetry sales while expanding ours.

Your Territory: Candidates may be based in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan or Manitoba. You’ll manage an assigned territory within one of the following regions: Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario; Saskatchewan; Alberta; or British Columbia. Your territory will be determined by your location and experience.

Travel: Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

Report to: Regional Sales Manager, Dealer Sales – Western Canada

Direct reports: None

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow sales, expand the dealer network and meet or exceed agreed targets.
  • Prospect for new dealer partners and turn qualified opportunities into lasting accounts.
  • Build relationships with existing dealers, understand their markets and identify opportunities to grow their cabinetry business.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide clear reporting on sales, prospects, forecasts and territory activity.
  • Stay current on Superior Cabinets products and offerings, market trends and competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support dealers, resolve issues and strengthen customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Superior Cabinets at dealer meetings, training events and industry functions.
  • Identify practical improvements to the customer experience and internal processes.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to win new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, listening and presentation skills.
  • The initiative to work independently, organize territory activity and follow through on commitments.
  • Sound problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a trustworthy, personable approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OneNote.
  • A valid Class 5 driver’s license, a clean driving record and the ability to travel within your territory.

Experience that gives you an edge:

Kitchen design, cabinetry, residential construction or renovation experience and familiarity with DesignFlex (20/20 Design) are valuable assets. We also welcome sales experience in related building materials industries

Compensation:

Starting annual base salary of $60,000 - $70,000, built on relevant experience, with additional earning potential through commissions.

Benefits and travel support:

We offer a competitive benefits package and cover work-related travel expenses. Additional travel support may include a mobile phone allowance and use of a company vehicle.

Why this opportunity?

Superior Cabinets is a Western Canadian manufacturer with deep roots, an established foundation and a clear focus on continued growth. For someone looking to build a long-term career, this role offers the opportunity to grow with the business while helping shape the next stage of our dealer network.

Bring your relationship-building skills to a role where territory development is central to the work. You’ll partner with dealers, pursue new business and contribute directly to the growth of Superior Cabinets’ dealer network. If you enjoy balancing long-term account relationships with the challenge of winning new customers, we’d like to hear from you.
