- Take ownership of customer escalations involving missed pickups, delivery delays, freight damages, claims, and other transportation-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
4. Account Performance & Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate records of customer freight requirements, shipping lanes, shipment activity, rates, and account-related documentation.
- Coordinate with Billing and Finance teams to resolve freight billing discrepancies, accessorial charges, and customer invoicing concerns.
- Analyze recurring service issues, customer feedback, and operational performance to recommend improvements that enhance customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and account profitability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, or customer-facing operations within the trucking, freight transportation, or third-party logistics (3PL) industry.

- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with an understanding of freight pricing, service costs, and account profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through, with the ability to manage customer escalations in a fast-paced transportation environment.
