The Team

CPP Investments' Real Assets department invests globally in real estate, infrastructure and energy assets, with a focus on long-term growth and sustainable value creation. Within Real Assets, the Infrastructure team focuses on large-scale infrastructure businesses, building a diversified portfolio of tangible assets designed to generate stable cash flows over the long term.

Accountabilities

  • Prepare and process expense reports, invoices and related approvals accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and visa requirements, as needed.
  • Organize departmental meetings, off-sites and team events, supporting logistics and execution.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion, coordinate key internal processes and collaborate with other administrative colleagues to improve team efficiency.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; a college diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Experience coordinating complex calendars, high-profile meetings, events, business travel and expense reimbursement processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare clear, professional correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and an interest in learning new technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Professionalism, sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information; experience in financial services or a related industry is an asset.

You are motivated to contribute to something larger than yourself, approach complex challenges with rigor, and hold yourself to high standards in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

We provide colleagues with cutting-edge AI tools, dedicated learning time, and practical support to help them deliver with greater impact.
