  • Lead multiple analytical initiatives, using findings to recommend clear next steps and inform priorities

  • Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover customer behaviour trends, friction points, and growth opportunities

  • Use AI tools to research internal documentation and tools, support SQL and code development, and review analytical work efficiently

  • Build dashboards and automated reports to improve accessibility and insight quality

  • Translate business questions into measurable metrics

  • Deliver data based recommendations and clearly identify actionable next steps

  • Improve tracking plans, event quality, and attribution logic to ensure accurate and reliable measurement

  • Write and optimize SQL queries and notebooks to support analysis

  • Communicate data analysis results, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with fellow analysts to review results, refine methodologies, and strengthen analytical approaches

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or other related programs

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or data science

  • Strong statistical judgment, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, sample size and power considerations, and the ability to distinguish meaningful findings from noise

  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex analysis clearly

  • Solid understanding of statistics and experiment analysis

  • Proficiency in SQL, including writing efficient queries with joins, aggregations, and filtering logic

  • Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques

  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis and visualization (ex. pandas, Matplotlib)

  • Ability to manage multiple experiments and analyses simultaneously

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Visualizations, Formulas)

  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects

  • Strong interest in data analysis and a natural tendency to dig deeper into unexpected results

  • Experience using AI-enabled development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code, or Copilot

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience analyzing and designing A/B experiments

  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems into analytical plans

  • Confidence challenging assumptions while maintaining strong working relationships

  • Proactive mindset that goes beyond answering questions to identifying new opportunities

  • Comfortable presenting insights to Product Owners and leadership
