  • Document business requirements, decisions, conversion rules, and project deliverables.
  • Perform data mapping from legacy banking systems to the target core banking platform.
  • Validate and reconcile converted data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve data-related issues, exceptions, and conversion discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and client stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • Participate in testing activities, including system testing, conversion testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Track, manage, and resolve project tickets and support requests within established timelines.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal teams and clients.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and conversion best practices.
  • Support client training, go-live activities, and post-conversion warranty support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities within the organization.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Strong knowledge in consumer, residential, and commercial lending.
  • Proficiency working with data sets, spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and client discussions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Intermediate experience in SQL and data querying tools.

Preferred

  • Experience with core banking systems, banking operations, or financial institutions.
