  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders, Finance executives, advisors, consultants, and Governance Committees.
  • Lead client meetings and strategic discussions related to plan design, governance, investments, legislative changes, member experience, and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes, increase member engagement, grow plan assets, and expand client relationships.
  • Create and execute annual business plans aligned to client priorities and organizational objectives.
  • Partner with Sales to support retention and growth opportunities through RFP responses and finalist presentations.
  • Lead client projects and initiatives, coordinating internal partners to deliver plan changes, communications, system enhancements, and other client priorities.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally by proactively managing issues, advocating for client needs, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience.
  • Introduce and promote new products, services, and enhancements that provide value to clients and plan members.

What you will bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of group retirement products, clients, and processes.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal partners.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Client-focused with strong business acumen and the ability to identify solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience supporting client retention, growth initiatives, and sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field; RPA designation (or willingness to obtain) and CEBS designation are considered assets.
