No Powersports Experience? PERFECT. We Want You to Apply!

Think you’re not qualified because you’ve never worked at a powersports dealership?

Think again.

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, people-loving Customer Service Specialist to join our team - and you do NOT need powersports experience.

In fact, if your background is in hospitality, serving, bartending, retail, cashiering, front desk, or any job where you’ve made customers feel welcome, or, if you’re just an all-round awesome person, we want to meet you!

What We Offer:

  • Competitive wages
  • Company-matching RRSP plan – invest in your future with our support
  • Two (2) weeks of paid vacation – to relax, recharge, or hit the trails
  • Comprehensive health benefits – available after a short probationary period
  • Exclusive employee discounts – enjoy our premium product line for less
  • A collaborative, growth-driven team – where your ideas and ambition are valued

What You’ll Do:

  • Parts & Service Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Showroom management and merchandising
  • Provide world-class customer service for in-store , telephone, and online inquiries
  • Assist customers with parts orders and research merchandise
  • You will assist customers in determining their present repair or maintenance needs, documenting relevant customer vehicle data
  • Assist with receiving and processing parts from distributors and maintain an ordered stock room merchandising showroom
  • Work with technicians and ensure their parts needs are being met
  • Use product knowledge to look up parts
  • Source parts, if not in stock, place order with manufacturer orders
  • Place orders for customers, stock, work orders
  • Determine inventory needs by communicating with technicians and customers
  • Estimate inventory needs by considering many factors: season, units sold, turnover rates, etc
  • Assist with receiving parts into DMS systems for inventory purposes
  • Assist with managing inventory count
  • Collect & post payments (debit, credit card, cash & EFT)
  • Work with Service Technicians and ensure their parts needs are being met
  • Support Service Technicians in order to optimise billable hours
  • Collaborate with all departments in order to best serve our customers
  • Follow, maintain and complete service standards and training standards
  • Be driven to attain individual & company goals & targets
  • Provide education to customers regarding the vehicle parts and the benefits of standard maintenance needs & schedules
  • Book and manage service appointments in all aspects of customer care
  • Complete appointment reminders to ensure service schedule is complete
  • Complete service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with a warranty coordinator to maximize warranty claims

What You Bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • As a team-player, you contribute towards an amicable and fun team atmosphere
  • You are eager to absorb product information, complete training and adapt to a rapidly changing market
  • A valid driver’s license and are willing to provide a Driver’s Abstract

What We’re Really Looking For:

  • Make people feel welcome
  • Talk to all kinds of customers
  • Build relationships and create a great experience
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Stay positive and energetic when things get busy
  • Take initiative and get things done
  • Treat customers like people - not numbers

You can learn powersports. You can learn about our products. You can learn our systems.

What’s much harder to teach?

A great attitude. A genuine personality. And the ability to make customers feel taken care of.
