• Assist with fleet vehicle and ground service equipment transportation, including running errands, delivering parts, and hauling bottle recycling to depot centers.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control for facilities consumables, commissary supplies, fluids, and building maintenance materials.
• Maintain and monitor facility safety equipment, hangar spill kits, watering systems, and propane storage levels.
• Supervise third-party contractors and service personnel on-site, serving as an operational liaison and escalating major maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Complete minimal administrative reporting, electronic timesheets, and basic communications via Microsoft Office applications and company-issued mobile devices.
• File voluntary safety hazard reports through the internal Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (Q-HSSE) tracking system to ensure a safe working environment.
