  • Leverage internal and external subject matter experts to inform compliance strategies, governance models, implementation approaches, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Identify opportunities to utilize existing enterprise capabilities, frameworks, tools, and governance structures to accelerate delivery.
  • Develop and maintain policies, standards, guidance, and governance processes.
  • Benchmark practices against regulatory expectations and industry leading practices.

Strategic Projects & Business Enablement

  • Facilitate working groups related to compliance initiatives, providing recommendations and supporting informed decision-making.
  • Support interactions with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders and represent the Compliance & Ethics function on assigned matters, as appropriate.
  • Represent the Compliance & Ethics function on project teams, governance committees, and cross-functional working groups.
  • Build and maintain a network of subject matter experts and strategic partners across the organization to inform decision-making, support implementation efforts, and advance program objectives.
