  • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
  • Inspect and balance components and completed assemblies to meet quality standards.
  • Perform basic testing and verification of assembled products before shipment.

  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Support inventory control by reporting material shortages and assisting with cycle counts.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with company safety policies.
  • Work with production, warehouse, engineering, and quality teams to meet customer delivery dates.
  • Take part in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and safety.

What Do You Bring?

  • Experience in manual mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools safely.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and basic technical documents.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive assembly tasks, and stand for long periods with regular breaks.
  • Comfort with machine operation; experience with a balancing machine is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • Forklift experience or certification is an asset.
  • Experience in ventilation, HVAC, fan, or mechanical equipment manufacturing is preferred.
  • A positive attitude!

What Do We Offer?

  • A long-term, stable career with a growing company.
  • Hands-on training to build specialized skills in fan assembly and balancing.
  • Company-paid health benefits plus a healthcare spending account.
  • Three weeks of paid vacation, increasing to four weeks in year five.
  • Five personal or sick days per year.
  • A consistent Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule.
  • A friendly, supportive small team that values quality and craftsmanship.
