Bring your clinical expertise, passion for patient-centered care, and commitment to excellence to a groundbreaking role as a Structural Heart Nurse Practitioner (TAVI, MitraClip, and soon TriClip) at Royal Columbian Hospital (RCH). This is a rare opportunity to join one of British Columbia's most innovative cardiology programs and be part of the first team-based Structural Heart NP model of its kind.

Working Monday through Friday (7.5 hours/day) excluding weekends and statutory holidays, you'll enjoy a rewarding balance between professional fulfillment and personal well-being while helping shape the future of Structural Heart care. This position has been created in response to growing patient volumes and increasing complexity of care, providing an opportunity to directly enhance patient outcomes and support innovative service delivery.
Inhouse residency experiences may include rotations through:

Our clinical enhancement program features ongoing in-house skills development, including:
- 12-Lead ECG Interpretation
- Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS)
- Suturing
- X-ray Interpretation
- Centralized Nurse Practitioner Orientation
You will also become part of a supportive New Graduate NP Community of Practice, connecting you with peers, mentors, and experienced practitioners dedicated to helping you thrive.
