  • Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and efficiently, maintaining awareness of the site's business relationships and community expectations
  • Delivering accurate operational reporting using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Flexible availability, including day and night shifts and weekends based on operational requirements
  • Willingness and ability to perform hands-on operational work as site needs demand
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a keen awareness of Everclean's business environment and community relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse service team
  • Proven experience managing supplies and inventory, including ordering, auditing, and equipment maintenance
  • Experience training staff to standard operating procedures and driving continuous improvement

Why Everclean?
