PM Baker (12 pm – 8 pm) Full-time

As a PM Baker at Tim Hortons, you’ll help keep our guests stocked with fresh, high-quality baked goods every day. In this shift-based role, you’ll prepare and bake a variety of products, support lunch and dinner baking needs, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen where quality and food safety come first.

If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing great food, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Baking: Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of high-quality baked goods, including donuts, muffins, cookies, bagels, and pastries. Prepare hot foods for lunch and dinner programs, following Tim Hortons’ recipes and standards.

  • Food Safety & Quality Control: Ensure products meet Tim Hortons’ quality standards. Follow food safety regulations and sanitation practices at all times.

  • Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring stock levels of baking ingredients, tracking supplies, and keeping the kitchen stocked for each shift. Receive supply deliveries twice weekly.

  • Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Ensure ovens, baking tools, and equipment are kept in good working condition.

  • Team Collaboration: Work with your team to support a smooth, efficient bake process—especially during high-volume periods.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Even as back of house, your work directly impacts guest experience by ensuring fresh, delicious baked goods are available when they need them.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for producing quality baked goods.

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability for the 12 pm – 8 pm shift.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
