Job description

⚠️ WARNING: This is NOT a normal car dealership. ⚠️

Let's get one thing out of the way...

If you're looking for a quiet showroom where everyone whispers, drinks bad coffee, and stares at the clock until 5:00...

...keep scrolling!

Seriously. Because that's not us!

At River City Ram, we work hard, we sell a ridiculous number of vehicles... and we have an absolute blast doing it!

One day someone closes a huge deal and there's a confetti cannons exploding in the showroom.

The next day somebody loses a sales challenge and suddenly they're wearing an inflatable chicken suit while the rest of us laugh until our sides hurt! If you see someone sprinting around the dealership... Don't panic!

They probably lost a bet..

If a dodgeball comes flying across the showroom... Congratulations.

You just got hit with a Focus Ball because you've looked distracted for longer than five seconds! 😛

We celebrate wins.

We celebrate each other.

We compete.

We push.

And when someone needs help? Every single person jumps in!

Because that's what winning teams do.

Here's the thing...

None of the fun happens by accident.

We're one of the busiest dealerships on Vancouver Island because we work incredibly hard.

Every morning we're together.

Learning.

Training.

Celebrating.

Getting better.

Helping each other.

Then we hit the showroom ready to win!

Our goal isn't just to sell vehicles.

It's to build careers!

Many of the people who join us won't be sales consultants forever.. They'll become finance managers. Sales managers. General managers.

Maybe even dealer principals someday.

If you've got ambition, we'll help you build something bigger than just another job.

Who fits here?

Someone who works hard.

Someone who smiles easily.

Someone who likes people.

Someone who loves competition.

Someone who doesn't need to be told what to do every five minutes.

Someone who's coachable.

Someone who wants to make great money while actually enjoying Mondays.

Experience selling vehicles?

Awesome.

Never sold a car before?

We honestly care more about attitude than experience.

We'll teach the rest.

Fair warning...

You'll probably laugh more than you expect.

You'll definitely be challenged.

You'll almost certainly surprise yourself with what you're capable of.

And if you lose the wrong contest...

Well...

Hope the chicken suit fits! 🐔

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, establish trust, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Results-driven with a high level of initiative and motivation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.

If you're looking for a place where every day feels different, where the team genuinely enjoys showing up, and where your earning potential is only limited by your effort...

We'd love to meet you.
