What do you bring to the team? 🧠

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology enablement, implementation consulting, or business analysis, ideally within: SaaS, public sector, or permitting/community development domains.
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops and leading requirements-gathering engagements with enterprise or public-sector clients across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a functional lead on complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects with competing priorities and evolving scope.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust at senior customer levels.
  • Experience as a lead consultant or business analyst in implementation or configuration projects involving Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms.
