  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex infrastructure issues.
  • Partner with Digital Security and other IT teams to implement security controls and reduce risk.
  • Support incident response, change management, and operational excellence activities.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance across IT teams.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, project teams, business units, and vendors.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and enterprise standards.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Two-year diploma in Information Technology, Computer Systems Technology, or a related discipline; or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior-level infrastructure or network role.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex network environments.
  • Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and network security technologies.
  • Experience with IT service management and change management processes.
  • Experience producing solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, identity solutions, and enterprise integration concepts.
  • Experience mentoring technical staff and providing technical leadership.

WHAT MAKES YOU A DIFFERENCE MAKER

As a difference maker you bring experience in:

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong documentation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make informed recommendations.
