Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of Nureva's collaboration solutions. In this highly collaborative role, you will identify market opportunities, define product strategy and lead complex product initiatives from concept through commercialization.

You will work closely with customers, development teams, marketing, sales, operations and our executive team to define and deliver solutions that create meaningful customer value. You will be responsible for translating customer and market insights into product strategy, investment recommendations and execution plans that drive business outcomes.

As a senior member of the Product Management team, you will bring proven product management experience and expertise, helping to elevate product thinking, decision-making and execution across the organization. You will influence product direction through customer insights, market understanding, business acumen and strong cross-functional collaboration.

This role is ideal for an experienced product manager who can make sense of ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business and customer problems and can effectively balance customer needs, market opportunities, technical constraints and commercial realities.

You will

  • Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps for key product initiatives
  • Identify and validate market opportunities through customer research, discovery activities and competitive analysis
  • Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product investments and priorities
  • Build business cases and recommend investments based on strategic alignment, customer value and business impact
  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives involving software, firmware, hardware and go-to-market stakeholders
  • Drive product discovery activities to validate assumptions, reduce risk and improve investment decisions
  • Collaborate with engineering team leaders to evaluate trade-offs and make informed product decisions
  • Define success metrics and measure outcomes against customer and business objectives
  • Support product launches, commercialization activities and lifecycle management
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, risks and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Mentor others by sharing strong product management practices and frameworks, and influence peers through their consistent application.

You have

  • 8+ years of experience in product management with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful technology products
  • Experience leading products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and market validation through launch and ongoing optimization
  • Strong customer discovery and problem-framing skills, with the ability to uncover unmet needs and translate them into actionable product direction
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy informed by customer, market, technical and business insights
  • Experience building business cases, evaluating trade-offs and making investment recommendations
  • Strong prioritization skills and experience balancing competing opportunities across stakeholders, teams and timelines
  • Experience influencing others and driving alignment without direct authority
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative inputs to guide decisions
  • Experience working within Agile product development environments
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, create clarity and lead teams toward successful outcomes

We offer a competitive total compensation package, some unique perks and benefits, and an open and collaborative working environment in our downtown Calgary and Kanata technology park offices.

Apply online at nureva.com by close of business on November 1, 2026. If selected for an interview, we will spend time to ensure that you understand the role and our company to ensure that we are a good fit for you.
