This Senior Project Coordinator role is an exceptional opportunity to actively participate in the execution of stimulating construction sites, with values ranging from $200K to $25M, while evolving within a structure that promotes continuous learning and rapid career progression.

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will dive into the heart of our interior systems construction operations. You will act as the central pillar connecting our high-performing estimating team, our seasoned Project Managers, and our partners on the field. We are looking for someone passionate about construction and architecture, capable of navigating an environment where team management based on intuition, "feeling," and efficiency is paramount. Your role will involve optimizing site coordination, ensuring the rigorous tracking of our interior systems projects, and guaranteeing that every step meets our high-quality standards. Our department is expanding rapidly with multiple major construction sites planned for the coming years, ensuring a constant stream of stimulating challenges for the person who joins us.

Joining our team as a Senior Project Coordinator means integrating into a large family that prioritizes well-being and professional development. We firmly believe that the success of our construction projects relies on tight-knit, well-supported, and motivated teams. This is why we offer a clear career path: the ideal candidate for this position will have the ambition to climb the ranks and quickly evolve into a Project Manager role, based on their drive and performance. We provide you with cutting-edge tools, personalized coaching from experienced managers with 10 to 27 years of seniority, and modern facilities including a gym and a golf simulator in our offices. By taking on these responsibilities, you are building a solid and rewarding career within the largest interior systems company in the province.

Advantages
• Highly competitive salary ranging between $75,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
• Comprehensive group insurance program to protect you and your family.
• Generous employer contribution to a DPSP equivalent to 4% (up to a maximum of $6,000), with no employee contribution required.
• Advantageous flexible schedule with a compressed workweek program, allowing you to finish at noon on Fridays when the work is done.
• Exceptional and modern work environment including premium amenities such as an on-site gym and a golf simulator.
• Excellent career progression prospects with encouraged and supported promotions toward the Project Manager role.
• Dynamic work environment within the largest specialized interior systems company in Quebec.
• Diversified and large-scale projects guaranteeing stimulating daily work.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate all phases of interior systems projects in close collaboration with the Project Managers.
• Ensure rigorous tracking of schedules, budgets, and deliverables related to the execution of construction work.
• Analyze architectural plans, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure absolute compliance of the work.
• Efficiently prepare, review, and route project documents, including contracts, addendums, and purchase orders.
• Assist the management team in allocating material resources across various institutional and commercial construction sites.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain fluid and transparent communication.
• Actively participate in project kick-off, coordination, and closing meetings for interior systems projects.
• Proactively resolve technical or logistical issues that may arise during execution on construction sites.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal coordination processes to optimize our operational efficiency.
• Support the 15-person estimating team during peak periods to ensure smooth and continuous operations.

Qualifications
• Excellent proficiency in reading architectural plans and technical construction specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced and demanding construction environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions with a high level of autonomy.
• Superior organizational skills and great rigor in administrative tracking and document management.
• Collaborative leadership, strongly oriented towards teamwork and direct support to Project Managers.
• High proficiency with project management software tools and the MS Office suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in a construction project, from suppliers to clients.
• Strong desire to learn, develop, and progress rapidly towards a management position (Project Manager).

• College diploma (DEC) in Architectural Technology is highly preferred (or equivalent training).
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in interior systems or estimating (an AEC in estimating alone is considered insufficient).
• In-depth knowledge of the commercial, institutional, medical, or multi-residential construction sector.
• Concrete experience in site coordination or supporting the management of construction projects.
• Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 5 site visits per year).
• Strong interest in long-term career development within our management structure.
